well I would like to start off by saying on September 24, 2020 I went in for service and I was offered son bit financing which was well satisfied but the problem I had was that after putting my down payment El Monte Honda car pros charge me again for the same down payment and this is where it's two days before my birthday so I did not have no money over drafting and had to take some stuff back it was quite embarrass him not to get my own birthday cakeThank you very much and try not to over charge customers
They tried over charging me to take out a snapped bolt. It should have been complimentary but they wanted over 600 dollars for the job. I got the job done by a local handyman and it took him less then five minutes to remove.

What do you think too long for a oil change take me over two hours and somebody come behind me and they got the oil change first and left less than an hour before me, I have an appointment and I had to wait OVER 2 hours for it and my car was left in a parking lot without care.
