I asked the representative to check how much would it charge for a speciifc service in the car and he didnt bother to check it and he just gave me a number of the top of his head. I asked if he could check and said it was it. Didnt really think he was professional as it seem no interest of his end to feel the need for service. I really apologize but i wouldnt go back or recomend Honda El Monte to no one.

Gabriel did a great job updating me on the progress of my car and explaining the reasons behind each service that needed to be done. He even taught and showed me how to turn on my car to prolong the life of my starter. He also reassured me that Honda’s parts are top quality and that I have a 3 year warranty on my starter.
