Ryan was my service advisor.
I came in get my tire replaced which was under warranty. He was clear and concise about what was covered, explained the procedure and process, and handled my claim as to getting a reimbursement for my tire which I opted to pay out of pocket first. He followed up with me frequently. Incredible staff. He was very efficient and saved me a couple more dollars than I realized. Thank you!

I just went in to get a quote on parts another mechanic told me I was going to need to replace, but Juan heard my concerns and took my car in for a complimentary MPI, and found out I DIDNT need to replace all the things the other guy told me and that my car was actually in really good condition and that what I actually had to replace was just one motor mount near the transmission and I needed my transmission oil to be changed!!! He turned what was going to be a repair in the thousands to a $700 bill. I am so great full I met Juan. He completely blew my fears away and gave me hope that all would be well. God bless him and the work he does at Honda.

When an employee greets a customer after the customer stands at their vehicle for about 10 min or more, it might be taught that the employee may want to return to the customer and tell them the status of their check-in employee. Just let us know... for example. “Ma’am, Andy will be right with you. He’s **** for a few minutes “. Instead, the guy said, “Let me check to see if Andy is busy.” Then he never returned. At least Andy apologized for the other employee when I spoke to him about the problem.
You guys say you did a certain job and they didn’t even do it so I been taking my car 3 yrs to you guys now I don’t know if to trust the service
