My first visit was on feb the 22nd with ken. My appointment was at 8am. The duration of the visit was 4 1/2 hrs. The diagnosis took abit longer than expected. Apart from the long duration, I wasn’t notified or given a date to come back and revisit to change the part that needed to be changed. I wasn’t advised to come back so I called. My next appointment was on feb the 15th. Chris did a superlative Job. I liked his sense of urgency and was really down to earth. He made me forgot about the mishap and confusion that happened weeks before. He gave me a realistic time frame which I enjoyed due to my work schedule. Everything went smoothly. I did need a car wash but his professional advice was on point.Couldn’t be more happier. Chris gets 5 starts out 5!!
