Andy was extremely helpful! He definitely helped me with answering all my questions. From the start he was extremely approachable. Definitely adapted to my rescheduled time right away since he didn’t have the chance to look at it. Quick check in, and pick up. Based on the feedback he was giving his co workers, he definitely seemed like he knew what he was doing. Definitely look forward to scheduling another service with him next time! Look forward to returning.

Everything was GREAT & quick! I always go to Honda in Sest Covina but i will now make El Monte Honda my new go to place. I was very satisfied and happy! Thank you for taking me without an appointment.
