It took 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change. There were no updates or apologies. I felt sorry for the service manager at the desk because you could tell he was way under staffed and overwhelmed. Not sure I would come back except I purchased the package for 5 (or something like that) oil changes so I have to use them.
Initially I thought I needed 80,000 mile service but when I discussed it with the gentleman at the desk(not Steve). I had just had a oil change somewhere else but was preparing to travel and I just wanted it looked over.plus my airbag light was on. I waited there for my car.Two hours later, I went back to the desk and asked about my car. It had been outside for fifteen minutes. I was told they had just received the paperwork and would be ready in a minute.I was charged for an oil change, ( 80,000 mile maintenance) and for them to hook it up to diagnostic ($100 to put in on a machine only for it to be a loose wire)$250 dollars later I was out the door. I guess I expected better customer service.I had no idea what was taking so long on my car.And I specifically said I didn't need an oil change.
I am constantly being contacted to trade in my vehicle I have had two years.No!!!!!
It's pretty bad that Jiffy Lube has better customer service than a dealership!
Steve was very pleasant and made my service visit very easy. I was very satisfied and I will utilize your services again.

First off we have yet to receive any paperwork showing what work was done. Wait three hours and had to ask if my truck was done. Nothing was done about seeing why android auto function is not working.
