I understand there was not a lift in the shop that would fit my truck. My issue is being a former mechanic. I dont understand why the oil change could not be preformed with a floor jack and jack stands. The ground clearance of the truck is actualy tall enough it can possibly be done with putting truck on jack stands.

Came in for two things a code and a key. I waited 2 hours before finally asking for a time estimate which was “20mins” that turned into 2 more hours. Mind you they couldn’t get the code and the key that was made does not manually nor automatically open my car. 2 hrs wasted, 4 hrs I convinced without a car. Zero solution and I still have to come back because I need a key at the very least. Literally could have just spent my money with a locksmith and would rather do so

I scheduled an appointment for a recall notice repair with the specific recall notice referenced in the comments. The note obviously was not read because I arrived only to be told that the part was not yet available and that I would have to return after the replacement part arrived. A simple phone call notifying us would have been preferred to wasting my time to show up to an appointment only to be told that nothing could be done and I would have to come back.
