I’ve been a “Honda guy” for at least 15 years. In that time, I’ve had my vehicle serviced at 5 different dealerships because of relocations. I’ve probably worked with more than 20 service writers and managers. Jim is easily in the top 10%. Although I’ve moved to Richmond, I’m considering returning to Priority Honda Hampton because of Jim.
