1st I would like to know more about the free trade in information. I spoke wit 3 young ladies. 1st to make my appointment 2nd to let them knw my son will be bring my car wit my credit card, & 3rd my son went to the wrong Honda place. Each time I spoke to these ladies, they were very polite, well-spoken, very pleasant, & had an amazing attitude. I enjoyed driving my car to work last night,it made me feel great. Each time I called and spoke with these ladies, it was no problem to fix my concerns. I am excited and was very satisfied. Service was very good. Things were very busy when I came in. There was a whole family there not watching their kids, the kids overflowed the drink tray. I felt bad for the lady that had to take care of the drink station the kids trashed it!

Dantae was super great. This is my first mfg servicing since we bought our Ridgeline from Priority. He was all smiles, super personable and friendly. He explained thoroughly what they were going to do . When picking up my vehicle it was pouring rain. Without me saying a word…He had my car driven inside so I wouldn’t get soaked going into the lot after the servicing to go home. I was very impressed with his customer service and attitude.
