The service and communication was great. Now that I have my vehicle back, it’s making a noise at times when I make a turn. I will have to archduke a day to drop it back off. The noise was not there before.

I brought the car in for state inspection, an oil change, and a problem with the A/C. Unexpectedly, the transmission went out while it was in the repair shop. That was surprising and a little shocking, so communication got a little rocky. Fortunately, Don, the head of the Service Dept was very patient, and after a few phone calls as well as hard work from Don and his team, everything worked out. The car is fixed and driving well.
Ben kept me well informed of my ordered parts status. Alex was very courteous and professional in providing a courtesy ride one. All very much appreciated. Thank you.
