Original issue was that the radio casing got broken during service for a replacement screen. Took exactly 2 months to do the repair. Brought the car in today only for there to be another issue. Now my phone is not charging in the car. At this point, I’m disappointed with whatever technician has been servicing my vehicle. I should not have new issues after bringing my car in.

Very efficient and quick to contact me about the work to be done on my vehicle. I had left my vehicle the night before. He offered a complimentary car wash, and valued me as a customer. Mr. Comey was efficient when I returned for pickup also, and it was a pleasant experience overall.

When I got back in my car the dashboard TPSM warning light was on. It had not been on before.
Dontae was a joy to work with. He was very nice, he discussed everything about my car. He also walked me to the cashier. He was welcoming all the way to the end. Thank you Dontae!! Now my car was there for oil change and rotation, so I get too far to turn around, my maintenance light was not reset. Of course it makes me think they forgot something else like not tightening my lug nuts. I called Dontae he was so apologetic and offered if I could come back if wasn’t far or tomorrow if were in area but I explained too busy to come back, I asked if someone could walk me through, he said yes. So that made me happy!!!
