Adam told me my tires didn't need to be rotated but did need alignment. On my bill I was charged with rotating and balancing tires. No alignment. I know that 2 of 4 tires were not rotated. Bill says best tires on the front. Do not charge me for looking at the tires and saying yes, best tires are on front. Adam went on and on about trouble with the tire rods. Was not offered car wash until I was literally there to get in my car to leave.

I wish I was told that I needed a driver's side wheel bearing a month ago when I brought my car to Honda because of noise I was hearing while driving. Instead I was told I needed 4 brand new tires, a wheel alignment, and back brakes. Now since I spent over $1000 dollars for the service I really didn't need, I cannot afford to spend another $600 on getting the wheel bearing replaced when that's what my car really needed in the first place. I am very disappointed and afraid to keep driving my car around, but I have to get to work. I only hope my car doesn't break down or something worse happens before I can come up with the money to get it fixed.

The service writer was a great service rep.but I have a problem with the video from the tech doing the inspection stated that I had a oil leak around the valve cover.There was no oil leaking as I checked it on the dealership lot and determined there was no leaks and left your dealership and went to the mechanic that replaced the valve cover gasket who is ASE certified and no leaks were detected.The audio on the was poor quality.
