The vehicle was not reset the way we have it. I had to figure out why the cruise control and the lane control stopped working. I eventually figured it out.
Moreover, I was promised a one and a half turn around; however, it ended becoming a two and a half hour wait.
Elysia was extremely helpful, attentive, and caring. I had the run around with another mechanic at a small business and she restored my faith in having work co pleted at the dealership. We will only bring our vehicle to your dealership from this point on b/c of her (& Tristan)!

Donna is an extraordinary customer service representative. She handled my needs superbly. I had some work to do on my vehicle which she coordinated perfectly as well as getting me the shuttle service to and from my place of business.She did this in a very timely manner as I did have to get into work and she managed to do this while handling other customers.
