Vehicle was ready the same day I dropped it off but no one called me. Had to bum a ride to work. Service writer told me they would clean the valve covers because they were leaking a little bit,to keep the oil from ruining the alternator until I could get the valve cover replaced.That didn't get done. Last time I dropped my car off I left 3 messages with the service writer to change the fluid in my Transmission. When I picked my car up the service writer said that he had just got the message and I could schedule another appointment to get the fluid change. Service at this location isn't what it use to be. When I left the 3 messages with the receptionist and another service writer they both said they would tell the service writer and he would get back with me to give me a price on changing the fluid in my Transmission, that never happened either

Elysia Potter is the bomb, yo!!! I hope she continues to hone and expand her talents as a skilled service manager and customer service specialist. She is extremely knowledgeable in her mechanical and technical evaluations and recommendations and appears to have her customers best interests in mind. She is an asset to Priority Honda and I look forward to having her take care of my Honda for years to come.
The service was great. The communication could be better. I had to get to work. I planned to use the courtesy shuttle. It didn't come for 35 minutes. I was told my car would take 1 hour 20 min to do inspection and oil change. Since the shuttle was so late I decided to wait only to find my car put "unto the shuffle". I ended up waiting 3 hours.
Jim was very friendly and courteous. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the service that I received.
