I am very unhappy. The ONLY reason I took my vehicle in today was because of the recall. The app inferred you were scheduling appointments for this. So I immediately booked my appointment even though i was a bit early for my oil change. That way I get it all done at one time. Then I get a phone call stating that my vehicle needed air filters/tire rotation. Again wanting to get it all done so I am all set. Don't need to come back .as a matter of fact I was even willing to pay for my tire rotation as I get free rotations at another location. I'm all about getting it done at one time for less inconvenience of no car. So I was pissed when I picked my vehicle up that NO RECALL was completed. I spent $180 unnecessarily during these terrible economic times. I was never told on the two phone conversations that the recall wasn't going to be completed.
He was prompt, both in receiving the vehicle and letting me know the current status. I really cannot expect more from the Service Department. Thanks.

I was never notified that my service was no longer a benefit of priority for life and I made the appointment weeks ago. I drove to Hampton from Chesapeake and was notified that the service was ended.
