The service and people was great but the runaround I have been receiving about LoJack installed in my car was not fun. My app is still not synched with the part installed in vehicle. I was told someone would call from Honda but haven’t received any information.
Again my service, management have been great. I just dislike that I have a part in my car that was promoted by Priority Honda that is not functioning properly and everyone seems to point to someone else.
He was friendly and very professional when I arrived. He came to me quickly to write the ticket. When the job (state inspection) he let me know that everything was working great. Thank you.

Michael Knox was a wonderful help to me right away when I got to the service bay. Arthritis in my spine slows me down. He was very polite, helpful and patient. He thoroughly answered each question I had. He was knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly. Came out to reception area to explain why it was taking a little longer…I appreciated that. My Honda odyssey 2001 requires oils uses 5/30 Hampton priority technician use 0/20 make my van engine knock sound . ???? I'm disappointed .
