Really fast service! I was super happy with it!
I was greeted by Mr Knox and told what my vehicle required. I was contacted a few hours later to pickup my Odyssey.
As always I was exceptionally pleased with the professionalism, kindness and dedication of the entire staff.

Absolutely not! You guys tried to charge $1233 for AC hose, suction replacement and an Ac recharge. I got three other estimates ranging from $650-795. This is not the first time either. I will stick to the free oil changes and inspections. I have no trust in your service department
I had a horrible experience. I was told that I would have to pay $650 because they weren't sure what was the problem with the AC system and until they knew they would not honor my extended warranty. I had to research the problem only to find a recall had already come out for 2019-2021 Honda Insights and only after presenting it to them did they accept there was a problem. The whole affair left a very bad taste.
They fee to use a credit card was ridiculous and a pure money grab. I would expect it from a small local business for a purchase of under $5- but not a dealership where I just spent $150. I was also unaware of this fee until I made it to the counter to pay.
