I expressed that I was on a time schedule, and I asked how long would it take and I was told about an hour or so. When I was finally told what was needed for my inspection, it was an hour and a half later. Then it took another hour and some change before I actually got my car. I never was called for the shuttle so I could not get back and handle other business during that time. The gentleman was very nice but had I been given real service time for my car to I could’ve gotten some other stuff done instead of waiting.
