A bit disappointed today with service performed this morning. First, I wasn't asked if I wanted my car washed. Second, I had a few things done on my car but the main reason for my appointment was to get the State Inspection done. When I got home, I noticed the window sticker has not been replaced and I wasn't given the State Inspection certificate so I had to go back in the afternoon for you to complete your job. I understand mistakes can happen. What I don't accept is the fact that I did not get an apology for making me go there a second time. Overall service experience, though, has always been good.

All I can say is He was great.
Arrived 10 minutes early for appointment. Waited 25 minutes to be approached by any representative. Adam apologized for delay and was excellent, however service took another 2 hours to be completed and no car wash was available.

I also asked for texting to be deleted, and was told that the phone number can’t not be deleted. I do not want to receive textings. They are excessive.
Mr. Anderson showed excellent customer service. This was my first time at this dealership. He greeted me as soon as he noticed me and took care of my needs. He explained everything that I may need done to my car and offered me options to complete them now or later. He was very pleasant and I appreciated the encounter. Thank you for your assistance today Mr. Anderson. I definitely feel comfortable bring my car back for all of my future service needs!
