Bethany was very professional and understanding. She made sure that I had a ride home, which was an unscheduled decision, after the shuttle service had shut down. The service manager (Don) provided the ride home and Scott retrieved me the next day, although, I wasn’t on his very busy schedule. Also, the receptionist was nice and patient, when I paid that huge unexpected bill. No one likes to pay an unexpected couple of thousand dollars; therefore, superb customer service is important. Honda Priority at Hampton got it right this time!

Took 2hrs to change my oil...why?
Came last week on Wednesday had appointment and was told wait was 2 to 2 1/2 hrs....
Adam was great. Not sure why, but took 3 hours to do a scheduled oil change, state inspection and rotate tires.
Everything was done and earlier than I expected. Mr Comey was very professional.

Hello, I helped me repair my car at the dealership last Friday, and when I got home, I found that a part was missing on the yellow side of the picture I marked.
the wait time for my car inspection was one hour thirty minutes and that was with an appointment i have never had to wait this long!!
I always ask for Jim! He’s always courteous and helpful. I trust his judgement.

Donna was incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed her service and she made us feel at ease and valued, however, following the completion of our two recalls on our Passport only one has cleared on the HondaLink app. I called HondaLink customer service today and they mentioned that the recall is still showing in the app because the dealer has not “completed the recall service paperwork.” Not sure why one of the recalls in the app would go away after service but not the other…I am anxiously hoping the other goes away eventually as well since both recalls have been completed! Thanks for the help.
