Jeanette is extremely great at what she does! She always makes me feel like I matter, and doesn’t make me feel like being disabled causes trouble/inconvenience. She always ensures that I am aware of what’s going on, and she keeps her word. I know she’s busy however, she always makes me feel like she has plenty of time for me when while i’m there. I believe she’s a real gem, and she shines like a diamond.

Service was completed quickly. She explained everything clearly. I had asked for a safety inspection to make sure my car was safe for long distance driving. She came back and told me everything was fine with the car. She didn't try and pressure me into unneeded services.
Had to return for an oil leak from oil change on Monday. I get home today and guess what I still have an oil leak. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
