Had my son bring my car in because I had to work. Got charged for something I didn’t even need. I was HOT about that. So my son brought my car in l guess they asked him about rotating my tires he said yes but I guess him not thinking I had just got new tires a month ago. So I didn’t need the service. Explained that to Donna or Dawn. She wasn’t willing to budge or anything now she tells me about my brakes need work. Seems to me she could have offered me a credit or something towards that service. I was a little disappointed which is something I have never been til now with Honda. Thanks Ms. Croslin

The reason I was not completely satisfied was less then 2 years I brought my van here and paid 3 times To have alternator replaced. 1st and second time I used carquest part. Had lifetime warranty. 3rd time I used oem Honda part it went bad 2 years, I was told by service rep the she didn't see Where I had oem alternator installed So I had get ride all way to shop and show her my copy of receipt. Then she said that all she need and I was under Impression is was covered under warranty. That night I was informed I the warranty was expired and my alternator was good. I wanted to Make sure cause I am a mechanic and the Charging system was only putting out battery voltage. Then another day without my van in called to let know alternator is bad. Then in charged Diagnosis fee when I already knew the alternator was bad I okay you too replace it and should have been under warranty. I called parts department to inquiry about warranty he act like he don't know what warranty is. My paperwork doesn't state what warranty is. In past 3 years since I bought my Oddysey I paid 10000 dollars for parts And labor at your dealer ship. Thinking You would stand behind parts you sale me and install on my van. Service do is good but the warranty for parts at the price you sale them for is very sorry. I had lifetime warranty with aftermarket part but I would have pay labor if mess up. With your it mess up I still had pay for parts and labor again. Part 3 times more than aftermarket. Very disappointed. Only way this could been right if you would Replaced alternator totally free with warranty like I was expecting. No where on my paperwork is clear statement of warranty.
