I was given differing reports on the condition of my vehicle from the service representative who managed the service of my car and the service representative who I picked my car up from. That is very concerning.

Michael Knox provided the best service I’ve received from your service depart. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the technicians service recommendations. I do NOT need front brake pads at this time and I my car does not require wheel alignment/balancing at this time. I dread coming for service because I know your technicians are always recommending unnecessary repairs. My car passed an inspection in June, and my tires were serviced in August……the tires have 4,000 miles. Your technicians are causing you to lose customers.
Service was really behind today. I arrived for my 11:30 appointment 10 minutes early; it took 15 minutes just to get my vehicle checked in. After about 1.5 hours, I was informed my vehicle needed additional things done, which I agreed to have done. After another 2 hours, I received a message saying my vehicle was ready. I collected the paperwork and paid the bill. However, when I walked to the service rep area, I was told my vehicle wasn’t quite ready…so, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before I could finally get my vehicle and leave. Literally, this was a 4-hour visit! The fact that I had an appt and was told that a number of people getting service were not booked into an appt makes me wonder what is going on. Next time I need an oil change I will just plan on leaving my vehicle all day, since I had to wait so long today.
Great place and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service was great and fast. I enjoyed the all those that was involved and worked on my car, the price was also okay. I'll probably be bringing my vehicle to ya'll more until the prices gets to a point where I can't afford ya'll anymore. ????
I had an appointment at 1:30pm for an inspection. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and didn’t leave until 3:00pm.
And hour and a half to get an inspection done just seems a long time to get an inspection when I had an appointment.

Adam did it again! I am pleased with is customer service. While a sat at the dealership waiting on my vehicle, Adam periodically came by to update me and to make certain I was okay and did not need anything. He was also a great help when it came to getting my warranty claim straightened out. Thank you again Adam!
