Oil change should not take 90 minutes with an appointment
I’m pretty sure I was lied to about needed required maintenance that was actually just recommended. I was told I had to have it to stay intact with my warranty but I don’t think that’s true.

The oil change was done satisfactory, but charging $58 to replace a small rear wiper was extortion and ridiculous.

James was very professional. He explained what checks Honda perform and the length of time to complete. After the work was completed James explained what was completed by reviewing the worksheet with me. He had my vehicle washed. He informed me of the items which would be checked on the next visit.
