I asked for the air pressure in my tires be checked as I was getting a low pressure on all 4 wheels. Service report said they were checked. While driving my vehicle home, I got same message low air pressure all 4 wheels.

Dantae is an exceptional person and a model employee. I came in an he let me know this will be my last deee tire rotation. I was highly upset because the last service advisor I had for the last 2 visits prior to this one told me I only got deee oil changes and not feee tire rotation so my tires were not rotated. I felt as if I had been robbed from the series I should have had and the old advisor purposely gave me bad information. Although I told Dontae I would not return to the Hampton Priority because I didn’t feel I could trust the others there and wasn’t sure how my vehicle would maintenance. Donate was nice enough to give me a print out of all my visits which has only been 2 since I bought the vehicle in January. Dontae was outstanding. But I will not return to the Hampton dealership.
