I have brought my van to you for them first 2 years I purchased it. And I paid you thousands of dollars to install original honda parts which I Figured were guaranteed to work perform And outlast aftermarket parts. I paid you 2 times to replace alternator using Aftermarket part. Atleast the alternator was covered under warranty. Third time I used yours.1 year later it goes bad I had to pay you 4th time part Neither labor covered. Yesterday I brought it in for sound which you claim rack and pinion. I payed you too replace it. And again part or labor not Covered under warranty.so it appears To me you install and sale cheap parts you don't stand behind. Which makes the consumer par for same thing you already charged them for never cover warranty like aftermarket stores do for there parts. I payed Atleast 10000 dollars for parts and labor and nothing Is still under warranty.

I already got one today. Sam was wonderful, Elisa was wonderful and the woman who came and got me when the car was ready changed my car clock to the correct time. Tbe car was clean and Elisa got the inspection done even though I had not reserved time.. what a refreshingly well run business. Thank you so much for your great service.
