My catalytic converter was stolen from my vehicle while it was on your property waiting for a part. You guys didn’t offer any help besides handing me the keys to my vehicle. Did nothing to even attempt to make things right. Very bad experience. I was even thinking about buying my next new car from here but not anymore. Won’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Elysia is the Best.... She took her time explaining what service needed to be done on my vehicle. Even though it was expensive, it was important for it to be done. Both rear shocks were replaced in a timely professional manner. I am very happy with my service...

Elysia was knowledgeable, kind, and determined. Elysia worked hard to help us with the warranty company and getting us back into our vehicle. Elysia has great communication she made sure we knew what the next steps were. Although our vehicle was down and we were facing having to pay out a huge amount of money the experience was smooth. Because of Elysia I will make sure all future maintenance will be Priority Honda.
