Michael Knox was very helpful and friendly. He have me a tour and made sure my 4 year old and I were comfortable while we wait for the service. When things were mentioned that I didn’t quite understand, he made it a priority that I understood before I left. Michael never made me feel less than because I wasn’t very knowledgeable to the terms on my paper. Great customer service 10/10 all smile!!
