Information to be reviewed carefully prior of placing it on customer’s windshield/car. When they have finished the oil change, no one can read the milage number put on the sticker for the next time. So, I have to ask the service manager who helped me initially, he couldn’t read it either. So we ended up changing the sticker.

I paid $2,700 for 100k mile service, oil change, alignment, and a couple of other items, which were to be completed on 12/8. While driving on 12/9, I noticed the car was pulling to the left, called the service department and made an appointment to bring it in on 12/15 to have the alignment checked. Not only did I find out the alignment was not performed on 12/8, after sitting there for 2.5 hours, I had to go out into th service bay to find out my vehicle was done, left dirty and greasy by the tech! I wonder how many other things were not completed even though I paid a great deal of money to have the work done. I am disappointed that with the amount of trust I placed in your company only to walk away feeling like I received subpar value.

Service mentioned the tires were set to the right pressure. I got the car with the tire pressure indicator still on. Use to be, I would asked for the free pressure wash, but this time I was not given the option. Everyone was nice and hospitable.
