James Comey was very professional and personable. Jim quoted us a time when our service would be complete and the technicians finished before that time. Jim also recommended services needed for our next maintenance. We are happy that we purchased our CRV Honda from Priority Honda Hampton. Twice now having been into Priority Honda, Hampton for routine service on my car, it was not washed as I requested. The first time involved the car being kept to send out to a local body shop to evaluate the 2013 Civic Paint Technical Service Bulletin which you folks would not honor, thus after keeping my car in that body shop for 3 days if I remember, it was returned to me with body shop dust all over it. Then tonight after sitting in your waiting room for 2 hours for a B124 service schedule with a requested car wash both in writing and verbally, again it was given back to me dirty. Dam was very polite, very accurate on his paperwork, but he could have mentioned to me before I walked out to leave, that your car wash was frozen this morning. Being at 4:15 p.m. when I left, it is hard to believe that your indoor car wash was still frozen. I was a professionally paid mechanic at Hall Ford in Newport News in my early years as Team Leader, and if the heat is on in the wash bay, it’s kind of hard to have it freeze up. BBB ut just based on the non-honoring the paint recall in full, since within the short time of 5 years to have the topcoat fail, The American Honda Motor Company should take their Honda quality a bit more seriously as they once did. I will not be buying any more Honda products.

I was happily surprised that I got my car in and out and the oil change. I also got an evaluation on my car as a trade-in at the same time so it’s a bonus trip. I may wind up buying a car from this location.

Won't buy tires again from you. 55k tires made it to 39k with 2/32 depth. Will use discount tire free rotation and they will honor manufacture warranty from Firestone where your service manager refused too.

Ms Meeks service superior!!! She was knowledgeable and responded to all my questions and inquiries. An excellent representative of your dealership’s service department. I was surprised at the length of time I was there for a vehicle inspection. I do understand it is immediately before the holiday but an hour and 45 minutes seems a little long. Thank you for this opportunity and look forward to a continuing relationship.
