We bought a car and less than 24 hours later, the check engine light came on. The car needs a new catalytic converter and we were told the dealership would pay 100% and the dealership paid nothing. We were told the cars are inspected prior to selling and for a major problem like this to happen a day after buying it, tells us otherwise.
The vehicle was dropped off 24 hours before the scheduled service and still we had to wait an additional 2 hours we were told 2pm and the vehicle wasn’t ready until 4:30 pm it was a BIG inconvenience!
