Donna was fantastic. I called today to check on the status of the tires. I had ordered on December 21. The guy in service told me that they did come in but my name was not attached to them so he then sent me to the service department, and I spoke with Donna. Theywouldn’t be able to fit me in until next week late and I could not do that date because of work. So she said I could come in right now and they would squeeze me in and they did and it only took a couple hours and I’m totally happy.
