My daughter was told she could pick the car up after the service department closed. The key is normally left where the cashier take the payment. Not only was the key not there but the car door was unlocked when we arrived to pick up the car??!! I have pick my vehicles up after hours a number of times why the disfunction this time?

Great experience from the get-go. When I arrived Mr. Knox showed me exactly what was going to be done and we discussed the price. I signed the papers and he gave me a time when it would be ready.
