Told to use synthetic oil but regular oil was used. Told that Skid cover was replaced but wasn't and wasn't explained why. I thought that's what I paid for. Had I known it was not included i may not have spent the $829 that I did. Money now a days is very hard to come by and was just upset that I didn't have this explain before paying.
You advertise complementary service but charging for an oil change is not complementary or free. I could have gone to Purcell Tire and had the same maintenance and oil change for the same money.
Paul is by far the best representative I have had in the 4 years I’ve been going to this location. I have been extremely disappointed in the service in the past, and have only gone because of the convenience to where I live. Paul will be my guy going forward.
