John did a great job...very polite and professional as well. He represents your company extremely well. I say this from the perspective of a retired restaurant manager of 40 years. I know that nothing means more to the growth of a company than superior guest service.

When I brought my vehicle in I had a coupon qthat was mailed to me for A synthetic oil change, I had asked if I can add the Zentek. when my car was done they told me that they put a blend instead of the full aa synthetic I asked for. they also didn’t do the Zentek and had to wait Another hour and a half longer just to get that done when it could’ve been done at the same time as the oil. I had to wait for hours just waiting for my car to be done for a simple oil change. I felt rushed and very dissatisfied I did not get what I asked for I was given what they wanted to give me because it what I got on my last oil change. Felt like I was not listened qto, I didn’t get the oil I asked for didn’t get the Zentek until the car was finished and had to wait again. Very very dissatisfied for a 4 hour wait when I had a 1:30pm appointment and left at 5:20pm

Not used to paying over 45.00 for an oil change. Wanted to charge 80.00 for full synthetic which is reasonable, but I usually don’t spend that amount on oil changes so it just surprised me when they were going to charge for that amount without confirmation of the exact price of synthetic. Waiting time seemed a little longer than usual for having an afternoon appointment. The waiting area was clean however mask wearing wasn’t being enforced. I noticed many customers (?) and staff not wearing masks with a mask mandate sign on the wall. Otherwise, every one is friendly. They do know how to take care of my car.
