I came due to a recall on an oil pressure sensor. My expectations were it would be fixed today. But all I got was yes you need a new oil pressure sensor. We will have to order you one and then we will call you. My question was why would you have me bring in the vehicle for recall and not have the part to fix it? Seems like extra work for you and inconvenient for me to have to bring the vehicle in twice.

I am not sure why I received this link to your survey. I did not bring my car in for service. I tried a couple of weeks ago to schedule an appointment to bring my Hyundai in for a safety recall issue. I waited for a return call from one of your service representatives for a week before calling back only to be told that the part would need to be ordered, would not be in until May and that I would receive a call then to schedule my appointment. I was also told, when I expressed concern that this is a safety recall, that "the safety risk was overexaggerated by Hyundai". I didn't appreciate the fact that my call wasn't returned and that my safety concerns weren't addressed at all. I don't need to be contacted. Just thought you should know how I was treated and that your customer service could use some improvement
Everything was done as promised
Paul explained work to be done. He was courteous and car seems to be running very well. Also lift transportation was very useful as we only have the one car available.
Paul is very professional, accurate and accommodating. I am always happy with the service he provides. He communicates well and makes sure I understand and agree everything before and after the service I’m receiving. He does a great job all the way around!

Jeff was great explain everything that was going to be and even let me know I could get a complementary car wash. I had my 1 yr old with me and he was sure to start the car and turn the a/c on while I packed my little one up. All around great service from Jeff.
