I talked to Paul afterwards and told him no one mentioned that the day I came in was just to do an inspection and not repair the recall for my car ahead of time. I was not happy that I have to come back to get it repaired.

Advisor failed to accept any responsibility on behalf of Hyundai for having my vehicle brought in for a premature inspection.
Took to long and steeman didn’t even try to keep me updated I had a 1 year old with me never offered a snack or beverage was there over 5 hours for a tune up and oil change never fixed any of the things I needed fixed and didn’t tell me until the end very dissatisfied
Paul was excellent. When I come for service I will only call him for he a professional who treats customers as they should be treated: with respect, honesty, and courtesy. These are traits rarely seen today. I am a professional and appreciate being treated as such. Thank you J Seger
