There is some confusion about covering an original manufacturers part failure with a warranty Every time I have done financial transactions with Hyundai they have sheistered (taken advantage) of me. Hyundai dealerships are my last choice for service I recommend you to no one

Paul was very personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was a real educational experience when he explained to me some major services needed that I was not aware of such as replacement of the coolant and brake fluid. He was the first service member to open my hood and describe the importance of these features given the mileage and how they ensure the proper functioning of my car. Although, I was not expecting to spend any money, I was confident the services were necessary. I really enjoy my car and appreciated the explanation.

Paul was able to get me an appointment the same day when the other Hyundai dealers said I couldn’t get in for weeks. I was really grateful since I’m going on a big road trip and it wouldn’t have been safe to go without getting my brake pads replaced. Paul was incredibly friendly, thorough, dedicated and trustworthy. I plan to return to this Hyundai dealer even though it’s farther from my home than others because Paul did such a great job, and I feel really confident that my car is well cared for.
