When picking up my car today from its 12-month service, it took 15-20 minutes after completing paperwork for them to find my car on the lot. There needs to be a better system of retrieval.

I am very grateful for the attention that Mr. Gray showed for my Dad. In between customers Mr. Gray came over and spoke with my Dad and they shared military experiences. My Dad is 89 and has dementia and this attention made him so happy. Our wait time went by so quickly and my Dad was happy the entire day. Thank you Chief Gray and thank you Subaru.
