Several employees were not masked and they did handle my keys/car. I was uncomfortable.
Satisfied with Dennis'service and communucation but the car wash provided was subpar...streaks of dirt and other debree not removed from exterior of the car. Associate David mentioned that it was just a "rinse". If you offer a complimentary car wash understood it isn't car detailing, but it should still be decent.
My car was washed but was not clean when returned to me. The windshield & body had spots from insects & birds. Next time I will not request a wash during service.
Everyone was very nice. My lighter hasn’t worked since I was there. I need to bring the car back to get that re-connected. Please have someone call me at ****-****-xxxx

I drove down and back from Santa Barbara and requested a loner car to shop only a couple of miles away. I only had it away from your lot for 2.5 hours of the 7 hours I was there waiting. I drove, maybe, 6 miles to shop at harbor freight and Walmart. Your cashier told me I had to return it topped off with gas. I drove 80 miles to bring you my Oil change business and do two recalls and you won’t give me $1.00 worth of gas? That’s the first time I’ve ever been asked to put gas in a “courtesy car”. Your business was better than some as far as mask wearing and social distancing but some of your employees and customers were not complying in the service, sales, and cashier areas. All else in the experience was fine.
Gabriela Marron is very professional. She listened to my concerns about Stripped Oil Drain Plug and quickly offered a solution. She offered free Oil charge for my next maintenance.
She was very polite and handled the situation with stellar customer service
