I had a 10:15 appointment for oil change. After waiting 80 minutes I looked out to see if it was done. I saw my parked car waiting for what I thought was a car wash but it hadn’t even been serviced yet. The service didn’t take long but after another 45 minutes of waiting on the car wash, I decided I didn’t need it that bad. I have always had great service here and everyone I dealt with today seemed concerned about my long wait. I understand that things happen, but it would have been nice if someone told me at the beginning that they were running behind.
Everything was good! When they were running behind, Gabby gave me a call to let me know.

Always love bringing my Subie here. The service is always great and I feel I can trust the people who work at Kirby with my car. Gaby was wonderful — super helpful and explained to me all the work that was done on my car today. I have even recommended Kirby to my parents since they are looking to get a new car and I’m pretty sure I’ve got them convinced to switch from Audi to Subaru (do I get to collect commission on that? ;) ). Gabby has to be the Spirit of Subaru. She's happy, energetic and very competent. Several of the staff knew my name and said " hi, John". Even your GM knew my name.
I had a 2020 Outback fitted with a trailer hitch. The hitch set up is new for the 2020 edition. I looked up the installation on You Tube and decided life is too short to try and install this bit of hardware. The mechanics did a good job and hooked it up with little trouble. I hope!
I have been to many dealers over a lifetime and your's is the best to date. The staff seems happy and includes the lot boys, parts guys and cashiers. I don't wish to over look Jim and Matt, sales staff who sold my car.
Happy staff and happy environment doesn't come easy, somewhere you have good management...
