I am not satisfied. My car was not fixed. I informed them of the issues I was having and they gave me my car back without fixing the problem. I have the loaner car again and they are going to look at it tomorrow but I am rather annoyed by the fact that I paid ~$900 for them to not even fix my problem.

Gaby T is great. The only complaint I have is that I came in for a routine maintenance (oil change) and the mechanic forgot to fasten the panel to the oil drip compartment. I only noticed it when after I exited a driveway and it was scraping on the ground. I recognize mistakes happen but the only annoyance is that I live in Santa Barbara and had to make another trip down to get this corrected. Being in a customer service position myself, I would expect some type of concession to be offered for the inconvenience. Perhaps in this case, extend a complimentary future oil change or something like this.
Paul is a treasure. He chatted us up and made us feel welcome. That kind of personable customer service is invaluable.
