My car was done in 45 minutes as I was told it would be which was great.However, I saw someone park my car and then walk away with paperwork to bring it to somebody in the office. I didn’t want to say anything, but after an additional 20-25 minutes I did not hear from anyone I walked over to the office.
The gentleman there said he was left a bunch of paperwork and would meet me at the cashiers office shortly. .Another 20 minutes past and then someone approached me and asked if I’d been helped. I said I thought so. He went over and got the paperwork, brought it to the cashier and I paid. Done.Everyone was very nice but it was an extremely disappointing experience for my first time in a ridiculous amount of time I had to wait simply to pay.
Gabby and your entire service staff is the best! Over the years they have always been wonderful to work with for trustworthy serice. Kirby Subaru owners and managers are obviously well principled people because an organization's staff, policy and procedures directly reflect the owners and management. Thank you! Rag left in my engine bay caught fire and damaged my car. Riley was very apologetic and addressed the issue, but as an aerospace mechanic I know mistakes happen, however, it still lowered my trust with having maintenance performed on my car there. I commend Riley on reaching out, and hope the technician was not punished, but learned a valuable lesson of tool accountability.
I love the loaner car. We are in Santa Barbara, and it is a stretch for maintenance. And, I think you are selling cars with the loaners. Totally satisfied.
