He explained all the details of the service and helped me with a problem with my rear tire. He was thorough and I didn’t feel okie he was trying to push on extra costs. Felt like he cared about the quality of the service over trying to sell me extras.
It’s annoying to have a service tech speak to you in a condescending way and then push on extra costs for service you weren’t expecting and had no idea was even a possibility.
He was genuine and cared. I would ask for him on every service.
