On the previous visit before today, I was kept waiting for over two hours due to Subaru’s error. The service manager promised he would put us down for a free oil change- which I found out today, he did not do. I still had 2 free changes left, and used one today, but compounding the error of keeping me waiting and then forgetting to note the free service in our file is disappointing. I expected better from Subaru and may go to Santa Clarita from now on.
Being the first car to service for an oil change. It took 75 minutes & told it’s done, only to pay & go outside by gate to find my car has 4 cars in front of mine & the young man drives it past me , to 40 yards towards the dealership entrance & leaves his stuff left in car with the seat & radio changed
