Car service was great as usual. Car service was done in a timely manner. I was a little disappointed with the customer service though, I asked if I could get a car loaner while my car was being service so that I may return back to work at the hospital. I was told that I could not get a loaner because there was minimal available, but 4 other customers that came after me were offered and asked if they needed loaners while their car was being service. I wasn't offered or asked if I needed a loaner I had to ask myself and when I asked I was denied. It made me felt like I wasn't a valuable customer. When I bought my car I even paid 2 extra years, so 4 yrs total of maintenance and service and I even purchased 7yrs of gold advantage, but this was first time out of the many other times I had my car service that I felt like I wasn't important or a valuable customer. Plus I thought with every service the car receives a free wash and that didn't happen either. Everytime I had my car service I had my car washed before unless if it was raining then I'd get a car wash voucher. A little disappointed. I do appreciate that they were able to get my car serviced in a timely manner. I don't know if things changed at the service center, but it would be great to know and inform the customers of any changes. Car service was great, but customer service this time around wasn't as great as the usual customer service that I have experienced before.

Im especially happy about how considerate Subaru was to extend the maintenance on my car due to the non driving situation the Pandemic caused. This makes me want to buy another Subaru. Seriously. I have a 2018 Outback with only 19k bec of this pandemic situation.

Dennis went the extra mile and I was extremely happy with his efficiency and kindness. I was also very satisfied with a detailing completed and I additional to my warranties for cilajet provided by the Sales department upon my request. I was treated by all staff with warmth and friendliness as a long-time customer who has been leasing and buying multiple cars from the owner Jeff, and by the cashier who was able to get me into a loaner car as well, even though they did not have one available at my appt timelsot. I continue to drive from LA for all of my service needs because of the quality and care at Kirby.

I was in great hands with Gabriela for the servicing of my Outback. She was friendly, competent and professional. Everything was finished exactly when she said it would be. And she helped me connect my new I-phone with the car. She’s a great addition to your team. I think she needs a raise! ????

We are very disappointed with the lack of communication with the service team. We came in to not only get our window fixed but also to get the cilajet done on our car and only had the window fixed. This is the second time we drive all the way from north Hollywood due to the service team not ordering the part for our car last week to get that service done that was scheduled last week. Now we come to get both services done and only one of them is done. Gas is not cheap especially coming from far. We expect better service .
