Excellent service. He was very professional, explained everything to me, and the fees were very reasonable. And the rat smell in my car is gone. Thanks. I originally had an appointment set up for a Saturday to address a recalled part for my 2015 Subaru Forester, but due to a road incident, I had to take it to Kirby’s auto-body shop a couple of days prior. Since the auto-body shop was going to be closed on the weekends, I asked if Dennis could arrange to have someone bring over my car on that Saturday to get the recalled part taken care. I asked him this on a Thursday and he said that it wouldn’t e a problem. I got a call later that afternoon saying the recalled pet was taken care of. Now that’s great service! -Davis Reyes
