Shari ****is AMAZING! I own two Acura’s which we have serviced at Hopkins Acura in Fairfield quite regularly as me and husband commute across the Bay Area.. Shari is my service adjuster every time and always takes great care of me and my cars! She is detailed and gives clear communication every visit about what has been done and what is needed to be done! Her follow ups after our service appointments are greatly appreciated!! I will keep bringing our vehicles back because of her customer service!
Jessica took very good care of me today. My appointment was at 9:00 and I had a 10:00 appointment in Rio Vista. She took my key and got me out of there in time for me to make it!
