Oscar, is definitely an asset to Marvin K Brown Cadillac service department. He is very personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He also seems to be a great team player from what I can observe. He made sure that my issue was taken care of efficiently, and kept me updated. He is greatly appreciated! Car was not washed or sanitized despite my being told that it was. When I pointed it out the service advisor argued with me about it. There was trash left in the car by the service tech. Seat, mirror, climate, etc settings were not as I had left them. Overall not a Cadillac level experience.
Service was otherwise fine and car was done earlier than estimated.

The only problem was that my tires was over inflated. The recommended psi was 30 front and 33 in back. They was inflated to 37 front and 37 rear right and 38 rear left. I'll take it to Discount Tires for correct inflation tomorrow before my road trip to Las Vegas.
I just went for an oil change and it took all my morning and afternoon on my day off work. I just can’t believe they took 3 hours to do a simple oil change. I had other arrangements as well that I was not able to make. I am very disappointed and was completely stressed out Friday of my appointment with your business.

Mr. Christopher Elliot was very professional in performing his job! Mr. Elliot kept me updated to the problem and how it will be repaired. I’m very satisfied with the services I received from the service department. I got my car back sooner than I expected. I was given a rental car in the morning but I have to return it in the afternoon cause I received a call from Mr. Chris Elliot that my car is ready to be picked up. It surprised me cause I didn’t expect to get it back right away. To service department KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
