First time I was completely satisfied with MKB. I didn’t have appointment but arrived at 6:30am for tow system warning. Didn’t think I’d get it look at let alone solves the problem.
Left at 09:00am with problem solved. Very in-depth explanation of what I can do to not have the warning sign and why it was a erroneous warning.

I brought my car in for a chirping sound and a replacement screen. My car was there for 5 days, so plenty of time to fix two problems and when I brought it home today, I discovered it STILL CHIRPS. I’ve messaged Tony 3 times since noon about bringing it back with no reply. I know you guys are busy, but I had hoped for better attention.
